Holcot Car Boot Sale and Farmers Market is one of the largest markets in Northamptonshire, running every week, on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, between March and November.

Holcot showground is a family run business that has been hosting events for many years. They pride themselves in providing a complete family day out, set in beautiful countryside with fantastic views.

This car boot has been around for many years, boasting a wide range of sellers, ranging from around 150 stalls on average.

  • Saturday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Bank Holiday Monday: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Good car boot but poorly ran.

Good car boot, gets very busy on warm days (Buyers and Sellers) but is grim if it’s overcast. Good toilets.

The pricing and timing to get in is nonsense. On Thursday it ‘starts’ at 11, but the buyers are let in from 9, an hour before the sellers, leaving them sat queuing until 10 as a car boot happens in the next field for an hour. On Saturday it ‘starts’ at 9 but buyers are let in at 7.

However if you pay them an extra £5 on a Thursday or £10 extra entry on a Saturday, you can get in when the buyers get in. Pure greed, meaning £18 for a car, £22 for an MPV and £25 for a van. Crazy pricing.
